This update provides a snapshot of current and upcoming works for the month of October.
RECENT MILESTONES
BCENTRAL would like to report that the finishing trades have advanced to both the Sky and Heart buildings over the last month as we move closer towards completion.
Sky building
- The crane was removed in September
- The retail shopfronts are now revealed and canopies completed
- Plastering of walls and ceilings have been completed
- Splash backs, shower screens and mirrors have been completed up to
Level 3 - The kitchen joinery and robes have been installed
- Tiling has been completed to wet areas and balconies
Heart building
- The lift has been installed and being commissioned
- Timber flooring to be completed
- Appliances have been installed
- Painting has been completed internally to apartments
UPCOMING WORKS
Sky building
- Timber flooring to be installed
- Carpet to be installed
- Appliances to be installed
- The lift is to be installed and commissioned
- Foyer fit-out to commence
Heart building
- Carpet to be installed
- Foyer fitout to commence
- Painting to common areas to be completed
Common areas
- Civil external works including footpaths and crossovers to commence
- Epoxy works to basement to be done
- Basement storage cages to be installed and linemarking to commence
- Service meter cupboards to be installed
OVERALL PROGRAM
Completion is currently expected in the fourth quarter of 2019 with settlements to follow thereafter.
