RECENT MILESTONES
BCENTRAL would like to report that the finishing trades have almost been completed to both the Sky and Heart buildings as we move closer towards completion.
Sky building
- Glazing components have been completed
- Painting currently being completed

- Timber flooring and carpet have been installed
- Painting touch ups and completion of finishing trades

- Service meter cupboards have been installed
- Civil external works including footpaths and crossovers have been completed
- Epoxy works to the basement are being completed with linemarking to follow
- Basement storage cages are being installed

Completion is currently expected in the fourth quarter of 2019 with settlements to follow thereafter.
